Loverboy D64031

My story

Hi, my name is Loverboy I am from Arkansas. From his foster: Loverboy is a sweet and very playful little puppy. He goes all day non stop. He lives with my 2 resident Shih Tzus and easily tires them out. He is very good on a leash and loves to stop and smell everything and absolutely loves to chase leaves or anything else blowing around outside. He does a great job going into his kennel at night and makes it all through the night without a mess and is very content in there. He does whine a little if we put him in his kennel in the daytime but quickly settles in. We never leave him in there for more than an hour or two in the daytime. He is working on potty training and is doing pretty good if he does go inside it is usually on a pee pad. He still needs a bit of socialization he can be timid at first with strangers. He does great in the car. He is very treat motivated and eager to learn and is very smart but very busy!! This will be a higher energy dog and need higher energy people. He would absolutely love a buddy to play with another dog that still had good energy would be ideal. He is a puppy so I would imagine he would like cats but would not be the kind of dog to leave them alone he would want to play. He is very sweet and loves people once comfortable but is still learning to use his mouth softly so older considerate kids would be optimal. He is not a barker but is vocal and loud when he does say as he is playing or hurt he can be very loud and dramatic lol. He is a great pup really ready to learn but is still working on his manners and is a very busy boy. A home where he is not left alone for long periods of time and shared walls may be a problem if he does play loud etc. A home with another pet that wants to be left alone would not be a good fit. He would like a buddy to play with he does go non stop all day
