Ash

My story

Ash is a shy and nervous 5-year-old tuxedo cat with a mostly white coat and a few black patches that give her a quiet elegance. She came to the shelter with three other cats after her owner moved away, and like many cats in unfamiliar situations, she’s still adjusting to the changes in her life. Ash tends to be a little cautious around new people and prefers to keep to herself, often seeking the comfort of a quiet corner where she can feel safe. Though she may be reserved, Ash has a gentle heart and, with time, she will begin to trust. She’s looking for a patient and understanding person who can help her come out of her shell at her own pace. Ash may take a little longer to warm up, but with the right environment, she’ll eventually show her affectionate side. She’s the kind of cat who will form a quiet but deep bond with someone who is willing to give her the space and love she needs. Ash is ready to find a calm, loving home where she can feel secure and start to blossom into the loving companion she was always meant to be.
