Bello may be a 9-pound long-haired Chihuahua, but he’s got the personality of a much bigger dog! At 8 years old, he’s a bit of a grumpy old man who knows what he likes—and what he doesn’t. He needs a patient, understanding adopter who will give him the time and space to feel safe and comfortable. While Bello might take some time to warm up, once he trusts you, he has a lot of love to give. He’s looking for a calm and quiet home where he can be the little king of his castle. If you have a soft spot for quirky, independent pups who just need a little extra patience, Bello might just be your perfect match! **Bello is currently in foster care and not physically at our shelter.
