My story

Meet our buddy, Josh ! Honestly, with his good looks, we expected him to already have been snapped up. This compact Pittie mix stands out in a crowd with his unusual blue, tan, & white coloring.  Whenever he barks, he sounds like he`s fresh from seeing his favorite band- a bit hoarse, but its all part of his charm. Josh is a high-energy adventurer who treats every walk like it’s an  African Sniffari…and likes to tag every tree in the neighborhood. Hepulls on the leash with enthusiasm because he’s just trying to gethis steps in ! We think he might be a great running buddy, keeping paceand cheering you on with happy tail wags & the occasional “let’s sniffthis bush` for a recovery break. Josh is a sucker for bootyscratches & knows how to work his charm – sit for a treat? Yep, he’sgot that nailed. So if you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate,slightly dramatic tree-marker with a zest for life and activity, Josh isyour guy.He has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
