My story

Breeze is my name, and being handsome is my game! I’m a young mix of Frenchie charm, Blue Heeler smarts, and lots of spirit! I am around 50# and I am ready to fetch my forever home. My journey to Big Dog Ranch began in Miami-Dade. My person did not have the proper space for me, and I lived mostly on the outside patio which was not fun. Shelter life was even worse, —too noisy, too hot, and not enough playtime! My days now consist of playing, chasing squeak toys, and showing off my big puppy-dog eyes. I’m friendly, love making friends and always up for fetch, tug-of-war, or just chilling with belly rubs. I am currently in a nurturing foster home where I’ve made great progress in training—learning sit,lie down, and come—and while I’m working on my leash and house-training manners, I am doing pawsome and I’m eager to keep improving. I’m crate trained too, it's my safe and comfy spot, so being left alone for a few hours is just fine with me. I love car rides, water, and, most of all, playing ball! Sometimes I don’t get along with certain dogs, (we can all be a little choosy about our friends at times, right?) I just need a proper meet and greet with your dog to make sure we are a good match.
