My story

Bjorn is the sweetest boy you'll ever meet! With his calm, friendly nature, all he wants is a comfy bed, some tasty food, plenty of pets from his humans, and lots of naps. Bjorn is a 4 year old retriever mix that weighs 71 pounds.  He’s a total cuddle bug and is ready to share all the love he has to give! What makes Bjorn special? He is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, friendly with other dogs, good with kids and he loves all people. Whether it's curling up for a nap or just hanging out with his people, he’s content as long as he has his humans nearby. Ready for a new beginning, he can’t wait to find his forever home. Will you be the one to give him that cozy, loving spot?  Bjorn would do better in a home with no cats.  If you are interested in adopting Bjorn, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.   **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **     May 14, 2025, 3:42 pm
