My story

Meet Venus, a spirited and affectionate two-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing 48 pounds. This lively girl is full of energy and eager to share her zest for life with an active family. Whether it's running, jumping, or playing tug, her absolute favorite game, Venus is always ready for action! She thrives on physical activity and would do best in a home with a secure yard where she can stretch her legs and burn off energy. If you have a friendly dog who enjoys a rousing play session, Venus could be a good companion for your pup. We would do a meet and greet to check for compatibility. Venus is not only playful but also incredibly smart. She’s both toy- and treat-motivated, making her an excellent candidate for training. A harness is recommended for walks, as she’s still learning that strolls aren’t races! Venus’s adoption fee of $250 covers essential services such as spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
