Luther was found wandering the campus at St. Philip’s College on Martin Luther King Day. Lucky for him, his rescuer decided to take him in as a foster so he could have a second chance! Luther has fantastic manners in their home, and it’s clear he was owned at some point. This boy is neutered, potty trained, good with other dogs, and leash trained. He loves being close to his humans, and he’s a hugger, too! We can see him thriving in a home with other pets or older children.
