Pepe the Pirate

My story

Pepe the Pirate came to us after being the victim of a hit and run. He had a badly broken leg and some cracked teeth. Sadly his leg could not be saved, but he runs around easily on 3 legs. Pepe is a delightful companion and an all around good boy. He never stops smiling and wagging his tail!    Pepe gets along well with other dogs, and we think he would make a great family dog.  Pepe the Pirate is about 2 years old, weighs about 30 pounds and is a terrier mix, possibly some Jack Russel in there. He is working on his house training skills, but is so eager to please that we don't think it will take long. He's also attempting to use a doggy door, and is working on crate training. Pepe has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses.
