LAILA Age: 2 years Ideal Home: Patient, cat-savvy adopter in a calm environment Background: Laila is a true survivor. Found as a stray and left in a box when someone tried to help her, she has endured the challenges of street life. Now, she’s learning what it means to be loved and cared for. Personality: Sweet but can become overstimulated Enjoys petting on her terms and loves to lay on laps Loves cozy beds and regular meals Enjoys chasing wand toys and batting around catnip toys Good With: Experienced cat owners Calm, quiet households Does Not Prefer: Other cats (prefers to be the only pet) Overly busy or loud environments Small children Laila has overcome so much and just needs the right home to help her thrive.
