He’s the kind of dog who prefers a predictable routine and a calm, low-key environment. He’s done well with older children and enjoys short, leisurely walks where he can take in the sights at his own pace.When it comes to meeting new people, JJ can be a little reserved at first. He’s cautious, especially with unfamiliar men, but once he warms up, he’s willing to accept gentle affection on his own terms. He doesn’t like to be picked up unexpectedly, but he’ll walk willingly on a leash and loves being outside for fresh air and potty breaks.JJ isn’t looking for a busy, bustling household—he’s looking for a quiet, understanding home where he can settle in at his own pace and enjoy his golden years in peace. We encourage bringing your family and current pets, especially if traveling from afar.Adoption Hours: Open daily at 12 PM, except Wednesdays. No appointment needed!
