My story
Max - surrendered through no fault of his (owner moving). He is now available for adoption. Max is a little wary of new people, but he is friendly and can be very playful. He feels more secure when in a fenced area. He rides well in a car. To make an appointment to meet him, complete the online adoption application at www.denisonanimalwelfaregroup.org/adopt $75 adoption fee includes neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations and microchip. He tested POS for heartworms and has now completed his HW treatment through the DAWG program. He's been treated for parasites and started on flea/tick/heartworm meds. LIke all dogs in this area, he will need to stay on these preventative medications for life.
