How this pet arrived: Frankie was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on 2/21/25. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Frankie, an adult dog with a unique personality. She values her independence, often choosing to explore her surroundings on her own. Despite her independent streak, she's not without her shy moments. New environments and people may take a bit of getting used to for her, but once she warms up, she's a loving companion.
