Coda is an incredibly smart 4-month-old lab mix puppy! He absolutely loves running around with kids of all ages and is super gentle with the little ones. His favorite activity is sneaking extra treats from the kiddos. Coda is the perfect office mate who loves to lay by your feet during meetings. When you need a work break, he's ready for a quick bathroom break and a fun game of fetch (he's still working on bringing the ball back to you!). He's curious about his surroundings, loves exploring, and basking in the sun. Coda is about 99% potty trained—his only accidents happen when he gets excited. If you let him out around 10:30pm, he'll sleep through most of the night without needing a bathroom break. If he does need to go, he'll wake up and whine. He loves peanut butter and yogurt frozen Kong treats, as well as the occasional pup cup from Starbucks. He's a quick learner, knows some basic commands, and would thrive in puppy school learning even more. He's still working on basic obedience, but he's eager to learn and make his humans happy! If you are viewing on Petfinder and unable to view photos or would like to apply for this dog, please visit our website www.frecklesfoundation.org. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs....all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! Puppies require an adopter who is home a good part of the day to continue their training - no exceptions! They are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives and will need to be spayed/neutered at the age of 6 months. Freckles Foundation & Animal Rescue cannot guarantee the exact age or breed of any animal in our care. The age and breed listed are based on information we may have been provided, and the appearance of the animal.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Coda, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
