What can we say about Higgins? Yes, he’s possibly the most adorable, fluffy kitten we’ve ever seen! He loves to stare into your eyes and touch your face gently with his paws. He get alongs great with cats, dogs and other kittens. He’s a good eater and litter box trained. What’s the catch, you ask? No catch! Just a bonus!
