He’s an affectionate, easygoing companion who really enjoys being near his people.  Tofu likes to start the day when you do and will greet you with happy chirps and trills when you wake. He always has something to say! He’ll follow you around the house as you get ready, gently requesting pets when time allows. He spends most of his day moving from window to window, basking in the sun and watching the world go by. He’s an expert birdwatcher and will often even abandon playtime if he sees something more interesting going on outside that requires investigation. When it’s time for play, Tofu has a particular fondness for wand toys. His current favorite is a feather toy where the feather fell off and only the string remains. Simple pleasures are the best! He’ll also chase after balls & springs when he's in the mood. After his evening play session, he likes to have some snuggles before heading to bed. He adores being petted, and when he’s in the mood to be lavished upon he’ll nuzzle you and purr. Tofu loves attention but like many cats, he does have a limit. He can get a little overstimulated, but he’s very good at letting you know and being clear when he’s done with pets.  He's really quite easy and an all-around sweetheart! He may prefer living with another playful cat around his age.  Tofu is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
