My story

Hi, I’m Sky! I’m a somewhat active kitty who loves to play—especially with crinkle balls! I’ll chase them down and even run through tunnels if I get the chance. I’m all about that active, full-room play, but don’t worry, I’m also a big fan of quiet moments. I love to curl up on laps, lean against you to nap, or just watch out the window for a while.When I first got to know my humans, I was pretty shy and timid. But once I trust you, I’m all in—if new people come over, I’ll come right up to them! I enjoy being petted on my head and cheeks, but I’m not too fond of being touched anywhere else. One of my favorite things to do is make biscuits on my human when they’re all cozy under a blanket. I purr so loudly, even when my legs keep sliding around on the blanket. After that, I’ll stay right there and nap as long as you’ll let me. Oh, and if I really want your attention (like when you`re making dinner), I’ve got a quirky trick—I jump really high, straight up the wall! It’s pretty funny to watch.I think my perfect family would be one that’s active and loves playing around the house but also knows how to give me those quiet, calm moments when I want to cuddle. I’d probably do best in a home without small kids because I can take some time to warm up and trust that people will respect my boundaries. Sometimes I get too caught up in play and accidentally scratch, but I don’t mean to! Just know that I’m worth the patience.
