My story

Looking for your new, BFF? Someone who'll run to greet you, excitedly, the moment you walk in the door? A fun pal who'll hop onto your shoulder like a parrot? A cuddler on the couch or in bed? Then, CUPCAKE's your GIRL!! This cutie is truly one of the SWEETEST, most loving, playful and highly-social girls you'll ever meet... and she gets along GREAT with other cats. Cupcake will literally run to you, the moment she hears you approach... and if you don't pick her up, she's likely to hop right onto your shoulder or back... chirping, squeaking and vocalizing in adorable fashion. She'll be the perfect companion for someone who works from home, maybe an active, retired couple, perhaps a family with older children (grade school or beyond) - who'll have time to play with her and her favorite toys - like the ribbon wand or feather on a stick. Cupcake LOVES to play and her current favorite game is FETCH (see her video). If she climbs up onto your shoulder, it's likely she'll begin playing with your hair. Or crawling under your robe in the morning while brushing your teeth. She's also fascinated with running water in the bathroom sink. She pairs purrfectly with her companion, Tulip... or another young/youngish, friendly, playful feline, She's currently being fostered with a large-breed dog. With proper introductions, she'll get along with just about any cat-loving pooch. Cupcake's adoption will include her: * Spay surgery, * De-worming, * Flea and mite treatment (with Revolution), * FVRCP vaccinations, * Rabies vaccination (if old enough), * Combo-test (for FIV/FeLV = negative), * and Microchipping! ~ $150. adoption fee, adoption contract and home check apply / $250 for a pair ~ * Please only contact us if you'll be making Cupcake a permanent member of your household and will be keeping her safe indoors. ** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home!
