Meet Posey! Our itty bitty pittie princess with the biggest heart!Posey is a petite powerhouse, weighing in at just 26 pounds. Yes, you read that right! This grey and white beauty is an adult pup with the energy of a puppy and the soul of a snugglebug. She is active, playful, and absolutely adores attention.Posey thrived in her foster home, where she was relaxed, happy, and even enjoyed regular doggy daycare with her canine friends. But in the shelter, it is a different story. She gets so stressed that she barks when people pass by, not because she is scary, but because she is desperate for love and connection. It is heartbreaking to see such a sweet soul so misunderstood.Our staff love her to pieces and spend time with her every day, but Posey is ready for something more—a real home where she can finally feel safe and loved again.She has done well with other dogs and was nervous with cats her first time meeting them. And when she is in full zoomie mode with her ears pinned back, she looks like the cutest little land seal you have ever seen!If you are looking for a small, spunky, and incredibly lovable pittie to brighten your life, Posey is your girl.
