My story

Badger is adjusting well in our home. She’s still working on puppy potty and sleep training. She had one night where she was whining in the crate in the middle of the night, but did well the first and last night. She walks pretty well on the leash, but whoever adopts her will probably want to invest in something more than a leash and collar, as she’s pretty strong! She is SO SO great with my kids and I took her to their school yesterday and tons of kids petting her. We did an outing to a puppy store too. She’s good in the car, no whining or barking. She cannot jump into the car on her own, she does need to be picked up. She’s great with our dog Harper, playing, snuggling, even drinking out of the same bowl! She’s gorgeous and sweet and would be great in a home with other dogs and kids, and would probably make her happy to have the company! Badger is a female Australian Shepherd mix with an estimated date of birth of 12/13/2024. As of 5/10, she weighed 26 lbs.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Badger, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
