Rocket (Beagle 3)

My story

Rocket is one of the 52 dogs recently rescued from the hoarding case in Florida’s Panhandle. Sadly, he was one of the ones in the worst condition due to his age, at roughly 10 years old. Rocket is a senior Beagle/Dachshund mix with a gentle soul and a big heart. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s thriving in his foster home! He walks well on a leash, loves being pet, and would make a wonderful companion for a senior, a family with children, or a home with other friendly dogs. Rocket was recently neutered and had a much-needed dental — and he’s healing beautifully. This sweet boy is ready for a second chance and a forever home filled with love.
