My story
Riley (A26165) is a friendly, energetic 5 year-old American Staffordshire Terrier weighing 67 pounds. Originally adopted in July 2025, he sadly found his way back to the shelter in May after being found as a stray. Despite it all, Riley remains a fun-loving boy who is always excited to get outside for walks, playtime, and especially fetch. He also loves water and would happily spend all day running, splashing, and playing ball. Riley is eager to engage. He has shown little interest in other dogs at the shelter, though he previously lived with another dog, so a meet and greet is recommended. If you’re looking for an active, playful companion to join your family adventures, Riley could be the perfect match!
