Name: Henrietta    Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair  Best Guess for Age: 3 years (Est. DOB: 2/13/22)  Sex: Female Approximate Weight: 12.6 lbs Coloring: Brown Tabby   Type of Hair: Short Gets Along With:  With proper integration, Henrietta will likely get along with other cats, dogs & kids! She is living with a cat now and doing great! We're happy to help with tips & tricks. Currently Living at:  DC area foster home   I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Henrietta, and I am a sweet kitty! I won’t ask for much - just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be myself. What the Shelter Says About Me: Henrietta is an armful with her big-girl size, but when you look into her beautiful expressive eyes, you see her gentleness. Peep those eyelashes! She's not one who longs to be picked up and held (yet) but she is easy to gather up (even if she is super-sized) and will allow you to hold her. Gorgeous girl is heavy and will build your biceps! Henrietta needs exercise and some slow weight loss so she can live and love you for many healthy years. What Henrietta really loves now (besides food) is pets and more pets...chin rubs, belly rubs, head rubs, if you don't rub on her, she's going to rub on you! She says you can't even rub her the wrong way! Henrietta's shorter legs and tail add charm to her large frame. She's a nice balance because Henrietta doesn't demand attention (until you start petting her) so if you want a cat who will likely go about her way as you go about yours and then meet for some occasional snuggles and a lot of petting - Henrietta is a match! What My Foster Says About Me:  Henrietta is very loving and craves affection.
