My story

Meet Lemon Loaf – Your One and Only Queen! Hey there, I’m Lemon Loaf, a stunning tabby girl with the cutest face and a personality as bold as my name! I was found as a stray, fighting for my meals and learning to fend for myself. Because of that, I absolutely do NOT like other cats—I had to compete for food and survival, and I’m not looking to share my throne now. But humans? Oh, I LOVE humans! I want ALL the attention, ALL the love, and ALL the pets. I’m a purr machine and a biscuit-making professional (employee of the month, actually). If you’re looking for a snuggly, confident kitty who will tell you exactly what she wants, when she wants it—I’m your girl. I’ll be happiest in a home where I can be the center of your world, with patient humans who understand that I have my boundaries (and I will let you know if I don’t like something). I may have had a rough start, but I deserve a life full of love, comfort, and endless head scritches. Are you ready to give a sassy, affectionate, and loaf-tastic girl like me the forever home I deserve? Let’s meet! Lemon Loaf is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
