My story

Beautiful Coco is a reserved and quiet cat who would love to be the beloved companion of someone who also enjoys a calm lifestyle. Coco loves to be petted and will purr if you get it just right! She seems to be happiest with all four of her feet on the floor; she'll spend time with you, but isn't necessarily interested in being picked up and cuddled. We think Coco's purrfect match will be someone who enjoys cat company, but who doesn't necessarily feel the need to always have a cat right up in their face. Coco is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, fully vaccinated (including rabies), treated to prevent fleas, and litter box trained. Coco had significant hair loss when she came into rescue, and it's been determined that she is allergic to flea bites. That means that Coco's adopter will need to be committed to applying regular flea prevention to Coco in order to prevent the allergic reaction that even one flea bite can cause in pets with sensitive skin. We believe that Coco is approximately 2 to 3 years old. Coco is being fostered by Terri.
