My story

Hi, my name is Holden!My foster mom calls me Golden Holden because I’m so smart and sweet. I’d have to agree with her because I’m already crate trained and housetrained on schedule. I try not to think about the rough start I had being abandoned in Alabama because life in Minnesota has been great. I love being outdoors and want to say hello to everyone I meet!I suppose I should fill you in on some things you’ll want to know about me.Although I’m energetic and love to play (I get the zoomies sometimes), I’m also good at taking a break and snuggling with my brother or foster mom or just snoozing in my crate. I’ll mention again how smart I am because everyone comments on how quickly I learn things (even the lady at the pet store). As a bonus, I know to sit for a treat and don’t bark at the doorbell.Oh yeah, I don’t mind the car at all because it means I’m going on an adventure. I hope my next stop is my new family. I’d enjoy some space to run and play if that’s not too much to ask for, but I would be thrilled with just having a loving family who can take me for walks.Please come and meet me to learn more about me and see my great personality in action…you won’t regret it.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
