My story

Meet Gentle Ben, aka Fuzzy Wuzzy Was a Bear, a Golden boy who is currently living his best life with his foster mom.  If it weren’t for circumstances beyond her control, she’d adopt him in a heartbeat.  Every walk with Ben elicits passersbys stopping to admire his magnificence.  And, so far, with his amazing coat, he is not a shedder, believe it or not!  He’s really such a sweet and beautiful boy who is getting happier, more loving, trusting and well-adjusted every day.  He’s gone from being overly protective of his toys to flaunting them, prancing around with them and putting them in your lap.  He LOVES going on walks and gets even more excited to ride in the car.  He enjoys the dog park, chasing balls and frisbees to his heart’s content.  He has no issues with other dogs and generally stays out of tangles that occasionally occur at dog parks!  He is still on his weight loss journey, having already trimmed down by around 16 lbs since his China days.  It's coming off slowly, but it could be because he’s just a bit big-boned.  This boy is gem and deserves the best!   ##1810947##
