BOB ROSS

My story

This loving boy needs an experienced dog lover that understands Poodles. Ross has had a few run-in's with humans that (naively) put their fingers in his kennel. He has never bitten anyone but definitely snapped. We have him off our website for now. He just needs a chance! Look at the video of Ross on his Adopt A Pet profile and see how happy he was after a haircut and with the shelter manager, whom he trusts! Bob Ross 🤍 Ross for short, is a 9 year old neutered male Poodle X 🐩 Ross has had a troubled past of mishandling, neglect, and poor nutrition. He’s already on the mend though, having just been treated to a vet “makeover” to take care of his mats and severe ear infection. He’s been a loving boy who just wants to know he’s going to be cared for and loved; he went from not wanting to be petted/handled to begging for it just a few short days after coming to us! He’s currently overweight and needs to continue to lose weight to ensure a healthy life for him ❤️‍🩹 He also needs a dental cleaning so only adopters who can provide this will be considered.
