My story

Meet Sylvia! This gorgeous girly is looking for a place of her own. Sylvia is a black and tan hound mix with an estimated birthday of 04/30/2024, weighing in around 40lbs. Sylvia came to us like many others as a stray through Animal Control, who was never claimed by an owner. Although sad to think about, Sylvia took it in stride and made herself at home right away. Sylvia has been a social butterfly since the moment she came through the door, and has never met a stranger. Sylvie is playful and silly, and loves nothing more than to spend her time running around and playing with her many friends here at the shelter. Sylvia does wonderfully with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, but of course we require a meet and greet if you already have any in the home.
