My story

Meet Doby, an excitable lively puppy with a personality that`s hard to resist. He`s energetic, always ready for a game of fetch or a tug-of-war with his favorite toy. He can entertain himself with toys for long periods of times. He weighs 22 pounds and his favorite activities are car rides, fetch, running, tugging, walks, chase, and water - but not puddles because they are scary. So are stairs. Despite his energy, Doby also has a shy side and may need a moment to warm up. He`s curious and loves exploring new environments. He`s affectionate and lovable, often seeking cuddles and laps to snuggle on. He wouldn`t mind being petted all day long. His calm, easygoing nature makes him a joy to be around. Doby can be intense and protective, showcasing his loyalty. He might beg for treats or extra playtime, but it`s all part of his charm. Doby is a social butterfly who loves to be the center of attention among other dogs, showing a dominant side while also being easygoing, friendly, and playful during roughhousing. He is friendly and playful but can be a bit rough with children and jumpy at times, indicating that he needs a bit of training to channel his energy. He`ll also need help with house training and leash walking because he sometimes freezes when his nerves get the best of him. During a recent foster stay he learned the sit and no commands and was working really hard on fetch. This needy, cuddly lap dog would make the perfect addition to any family who wants a dog who always wants his humans at his side. Adopt Doby, and let his love and liveliness fill your home with joy.
