Meet Pebbles, DUMPED IN HIGH KILL SHELTER WITH ANOTHER PUP SHAGGY NOW THEY WILL DIE WITHOUT HELP! Big, Black dogs are the last to be adopted and most to be killed 😞 !!!! he's in the kill-shelter!
