My story

Alright, buckle up buttercup, because your next best friend just rolled into town! Technically my name is Uber Eats but my foster family calls me Gray. I’m no rocket scientist but I’m thinking it’s probably because of my super chic gray hue. At a solid 60 lbs and around ten months of big puppy perfection, I’m basically the perfect sized snuggle machine with sudden bursts of energy. Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm currently rocking the potty-training thing like a champ thanks to my awesome foster humans taking me out all the time. I also know a few cool commands, and honestly, once I figure out your voice, I'm all ears (most of the time!). Structured walks? Love 'em! Meeting new animal friends? Well, let's just say I get a tad enthusiastic. If they lay down the law early, we're golden. Otherwise, I might be that annoying little brother who just won't quit. I'm also in my "velociraptor phase," so my playful mouth skills are a work in progress – gotta keep those chew toys handy! I get the zoomies pretty hard and LOVE tearing around a fenced yard with other doggos(foster siblings, neighbor dogs at the fence line…basically whoever will pay attention to me). Word to the wise: I'm probably a bit much for kiddos when I'm in full-on zoom mode. I still can get a little mouthy but my foster family is working with me to curb that behavior. In the fenced backyard it’s a little harder for me to remember my manners. I am still a puppy. I’ll get the zoomies and overall am a little much when everyone else starts running around. I just want to join the fun! I’ll need continued work in this area that way we can all play outside together in the future. For now, my foster family works on impulse control with me while the kids watch me work. It’s lame but I want to improve and learn to play nicer in the yard. Worst case, if I don’t ever get good at it then we just won’t be able to play in the yard together. Not the end of the world. But hey, car rides? Sign me up! I'm also crate-trained, which is pretty neat. Oh, and did I mention my obsession with ice cubes? Seriously, the best. Want the best dog ever? It's pretty simple: eat, exercise, sleep, repeat! If that sounds like your kind of life, maybe we're a match! -10 months old or so -60 lbs -Staffy mix breed -Crate & Potty trained (consistency is key) -Neutered, Microchipped & UTD on vaccines -Dog friendly (dogs must set up boundaries with him!) -Kid friendly (probably too much for young kids) -Cats: has met two. Doesn’t fully live with them but respects the babygate well. With proper intros, commands, and time he has the potential to integrate with cats. -Knows commands: Sit, Shake, Down, Leave It, Drop It & Off (Needs to learn your voice/tone first) -Self entertains with toys -Easy to walk on leash -Needs regular exercise for best success Apply to adopt Uber Eats at https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application
