My story

(Tiny) Timmy is an adorable two-year-old chihuahua/pit mix who packs all the love and personality of a big dog into one charming little package! He found himself on the county's euthanasia list due to a fractured femur but fate had other plans for our little friend. We swooped in—just in the nick of time!—to rescue this precious boy and get him the urgent medical care he needed. Timmy is now living his best life as a triumphant tripod. Free from pain and full of life, this resilient little warrior doesn't let anything slow him down. His wagging tail and bouncy spirit tell the story of a pup who's overcome the odds with a smile on his adorable face! Timmy adores dogs of all shapes and sizes. He's a master at making canine companions feel loved and appreciated! While he's a natural with children and their playful energy, this sweet boy can be a bit shy when meeting new grown-ups or exploring unfamiliar places. Don't worry though—with a little patience and lots of gentle encouragement, Timmy's confidence will blossom. This clever little gentleman has already mastered the complicated arts of crate-training and potty-training—no small feat. We're certain he'll continue making impressive progress with his other training adventures as he settles into a loving forever home away from the shelter environment. Timmy/s affectionate nature means he's always ready for cuddle sessions, while his curious spirit ensures there's never a dull moment. This playful little dynamo has energy to spare, making him the perfect adventure buddy for active families. Timmy's ideal forever family would include either a doggy brother or sister to play with, human siblings to love on, or—in his perfect world—both.
