My story

If Bruno were a high school student, hed be the popular jock with grass-stained knees and a heart of pure goldthe one who plays hard on the field, then stays late to help clean up; the kind who carries toddlers on his shoulders at the school fair and wins Prom King by a landslide.Hes got the look, too: that square-jawed, goofy-grinned charm, a brindle coat that shimmers like cinnamon, and a body built for backyard blitzes. But behind his all-star appeal is a story that tugs at your heart.Bruno was adopted from the shelter as a tiny pupjust a roly-poly baby with big paws and a bigger future. But a year and a half later, he landed back in the shelter after being picked up as a stray, bewildered and still hopeful. Hes been waiting in rescue ever since. Over a year. Still smiling. Still trying. Still the goodest boy.Today, Brunos living it up in his foster home, where he shares the turf with two playful dog sisters and an 8-year-old girl who adores him like a living stuffed animal. And he? He lets her baby him, dress him, swaddle him, and whisper secrets into his floppy ears like its the best thing thats ever happened to him (and honestly, it might be).He plays hard, snoozes harder, and fits himself into every moment with tail-thumping enthusiasm. He loves car rides, couch cuddles, wrestling matches, rope toys, trail romps, and rolling belly-up in the middle of the floor like he owns the place. Hes friendly with other dogs, and while hes shown a neutral attitude toward cats, hes still under review there.Hes not needy, but deeply devotedthe kind of dog who watches you like you hung the moon, then clunks his head into your lap to make sure you know he noticed.Bruno is looking for a forever family wholl love him bigbecause thats how he loves back. A fenced yard and a dog sibling would be a dream, but more than anything, he just wants his peoplehis team, his pack, his home.If youre ready for a dog who brings varsity-level love, MVP-level snuggles, and a comeback story worthy of a standing ovation, Brunos waiting with his tail wagging and his heart wide open.Name: BrunoBreed: MixedWeight: 65 PoundsGender/Status: Neutered MaleColour: BrindleMedical (past & present): Healthy, UTDGood with adults: YesGood with kids: YesGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: NoHousebroken: YesCrate trained: YesCrate aggressive: NoFood aggressive: No Leash trained: YesEnergy level: Medium to highSuitable for an apartment: Maybe! Can be handled: YesBarker: Not really!
