My story

Meet Pattie! 🐾 Pattie is a 1-year-old Border Collie mix with a playful, affectionate nature and a bright, eager-to-learn personality. She is still in the process of mastering her basic commands and leash manners, and she can be reactive toward other dogs. However, she is food-motivated and takes treats gently, making her a great candidate for continued training. She has a sweet and loving disposition, always ready to give affection to those she trusts. With patience, consistency, and persistent training, Pattie will no doubt improve her skills and become a well-mannered and devoted companion. She has so much love to give and will make a wonderful addition to a home willing to guide her on her journey to becoming the best version of herself. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs 6 months and older if you already have a dog. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!
