My story

DOB February 5, 2024 Meet Miss Furgie, a quiet and demure young lady who is learning to trust and blossom in her foster home. Starting off a bit shy and reserved, she has come a long way from hiding to now appreciating attention and affection, especially when it comes to head rubs, back scratches, and chin scratches. She’s even learned how to make biscuits! While she’s not a fan of being picked up just yet, she’s slowly getting more comfortable with it in small doses. Furgie is mellow and independent, but on occasion, she will curl up at your feet for a nap, showing that she’s starting to enjoy the companionship of her humans. She’s a curious kitty, but there’s no aggression—just a lot of exploration at her own pace. Furgie loves her catnip and Greenies treats but isn’t fond of Churu’s. If you leave some bread out, don’t be surprised if she takes a nibble or two! She’s got a playful side too, especially with her foster sister, Pawla Abdul (who is also available for adoption), and they have a great time together. They would really love to be adopted together. Furgie is respectful of senior cats, making her an excellent buddy for a confident feline friend. Furgie would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue to grow and build trust. She would do best with a confident and friendly kitty buddy who can help her feel secure and loved. Furgie uses the litter box with no issues and is currently on Worlds Best Litter. She’s also a great eater, enjoying both wet and dry food.
