Kenai

My story

Meet Kenai (pronounced as Key-Nye).  His name doesn’t have much to do with the peninsula in Alaska.  However, he does appear to have some husky in his breeding.  You can tell that from his eyes, one of which is very “keen” to look at.  Therefore, “Keen Eye” is his namesake.  Kenai is a 5-year-old neutered male who is house trained.  He responds well to routines and will stand by the door when he needs to do his business.  He loves to people watch.  He has erect ears, a tail that curls up when he’s standing, and pleasant markings.  Kenai is v ery friendly with all people and other dogs.   He loves to play, but doesn’t bowl you over when he runs.  He likes to wrestle and has a friendly growl when playing tug of war with his favorite toy.  Kenai weighs around 65 pounds and has a good health record.  He’s strong as a mule and learns routines very fast. Kenai is a well-loved dog, but his owner has taken a job that requires a lot of travel.  He deserves more companionship so we are trying to find him a new home. Personality: friendly, playful, smart Good with: people and dogs.  Has not been cat tested yet.
