My story

Megan came to us at just 10 months old—right in the middle of her prime learning and bonding time. Though she’s spent much of her early life in the shelter, she hasn’t let that slow her down. Now around a year old, this spirited hound mix is bursting with love, energy, and potential.She’s smart, eager to please, and ready for a home where she can keep learning and growing. Megan has been spayed and is ready to start her next chapter—with a family that’s ready to invest in her future. Megan loves kids, though her enthusiasm means she’s still learning how to be gentle around them. With continued training and a little patience, she’ll be an amazing family dog. She also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive in an active, playful home. If you’re looking for an older puppy to bond with—one full of heart, smarts, and personality—Megan is ready to meet you.
