My story

Introducing Matilda! A 2-year-old cat with the soul of a poet and the stealth of a professional hide-and-seek champion. After losing her beloved human, Matilda arrived at the shelter with her three feline roommates, and she’s still figuring out this big, noisy world. She may be shy at first (and will likely claim a cozy hiding spot as her personal HQ), but she’s secretly a big fan of wand toys and will melt for gentle pets- once you pass her very official vibe check. Matilda isn’t quite ready to be picked up yet (a girl has boundaries!), but she’s mellow, sweet, and curious once she feels safe. She’s looking for a quiet home with kind, cat-savvy humans aged 15+ and possibly a calm feline friend to show her the ropes. With patience, love, and maybe a few treats, Matilda will reward you with soft purrs, sweet glances, and quiet companionship.
