My story

Betty is a sweet, happy, playful 6 year old Chihuahua, Dachshund Shih Tzu mix, Phew, what a combo! Betty is 16-20 pounds, about the size of a standard Dachshund. She gets along well with cats, other dogs both big and small, and even goats! She especially loves people and always wants to be around them, although we don't know if she has been exposed to kids. She’s protective outside, and likes to loudly defend “her property” against neighbors, traffic, birds, etc. She is quiet inside, unless someone comes to the door, and then she becomes your fearless protector/companion. Betty is crate trained, house broken, walks well on a leash, and enjoys car rides, especially if it’s to get a pup cup! Miss Betty Boop's adoption fee of $225 includes a microchip, vaccinations, and spay surgery.
