You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.April 2025: Piper had jaw surgery and is doing much better. Feb 2025: Piper was rescued by Barks of Hope in Puerto Rico. Her jaw is broken but it doesn't stop her from eating. She is spayed and vaccinated.
