XENA

My story

Found as an injured stray, pretty, gentle Xena has recovered beautifully and has blossomed into a real “people-dog”! She rides well in the car and knows several commands including “sit”, “lay down”, “paw” and responds to her name. Xena walks well on a leash and matches your energy, so she would make a terrific walking companion. Housebroken and eager to please, seems to love all people including kids. This girl enjoys the outdoors and rolling in the grass, so it’s good she’s also cool with getting a bath, too. She might do ok with another mellow doggie companion, but as always, we recommend taking is slowly and carefully when introducing new dogs to resident pets.
