BUTTERFLY

My story

Butterfly (aka Butters) is expected to be about 12 years old but acts more like a 7 or 8 year old. She is a very bashful and sweet little lady. She is perfectly potty trained and does well on a leash. She is not the most independent dog and would love to follow you around the house and stare at you all day. She`s very quiet and doesn`t seem to suffer from any separation anxiety. I am sure she would love a backyard but she also loves scooting around downtown by leash. She has a good amount of energy but usually taps out around 30 minutes. She is super food motivated but isn’t aggressive about it. She was pretty thin when I got her 4 months ago, but she has fattened up nicely and it is time to find her a forever family that will dote on her and treat her like a little princess. She hasn’t been around children, that I am aware of, but I think she would do great. She loves affection, baby talk and first and foremost pets and cuddles. She will only play with toys when she is really hyper which is very rare. She loves all people and does well with other dogs if properly introduced. She would do best in a home without cats.Her teeth are not in great condition and she will need a few removed, but that doesn’t seem to affect her spirit. She`s a total love bug.
