My story

Hello, I'm Nigel! I'm a very nice boy who loves treats, playing with toys, and rubbing against your legs. I'm not a big fan of being pet by people I don't know well, but am always happy to hang out close to my human friends. I prefer to give affection in my own way- primarily through giving kisses and touching noses, but enjoy scritches behind the ears and gentle pets from my very closest of friends. I also like to gaze out of windows, sunbathe, and take plenty of naps. I am very curious and love to sniff sniff sniff everything! I can be very playful, and sometimes get a little overzealous when trying to engage in play with my people and may nip here or there (never hard enough to break skin!). I'm usually happily redirected onto a big stuffed kicker toy or interactive string toys (just be careful to put them away, because I like to chew on the strings). I'm also a big fan of my tunnels and catnip mice. I would also probably really appreciate another cat to wrestle with. I am currently on fluoxetine. You'll need to discuss any changes to this medication with your veterinarian. I will also need to get a dental with your veterinarian at some point, as I have a broken canine tooth.
