Meet Moxie! Moxie is a stunning black kitten with a playful spirit and a heart full of curiosity. She may be a bit shy with people, but don’t let that fool you—this special girl loves to play! Whether it’s chasing a wand toy or batting at a jingly ball, Moxie will happily interact with humans through playtime. She’s also a big fan of treats! While she’s still learning to trust human hands, she will reluctantly—but adorably—enjoy lickable treats from her favorite people. Moxie LOVES other cats and would thrive in a home with feline friends—especially if she can bring her best friend, Pippa, along! She’s also great with dogs and would do well in a patient, cat-savvy home that understands her need for time and space to adjust. Because of Moxie’s fear and need for a calm environment, she requires a home with no children. She will need an adopter who is willing to be patient as she continues to build trust at her own pace. While Moxie may never be a lap cat, she will reward the right adopter with playful antics, quiet companionship, and the joy of watching her grow in confidence. Moxie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative. She is currently in Huntsville, AL, and is ready to find a quiet, loving home that will give her the patience and understanding she needs to truly shine.
