My story

Hey, y'all I'm Dolly, named after the singer. I'm not sure about the singing thing, but I sure can bark good. Landing up in the shelter isn't the worst thing in the world, sure beats being a stray. I'm kind of a mix between a hound and who knows what else. I am very shy and timid. I came in a little under weight, so now that I'm in the shelter I am gaining my weight back. Despite being so bashful, once I get comfortable with you I get the zoomies and I'm over the moon for attention. I need a calm and quiet house to get comfortable so I can show you my true colors. The truth is, I'm scared in the shelter. I tremble and flinch a lot, and nobody is quite sure why. Please, someone get me out of here so I can finally decompress and live every day fulfilling someone's heart and my zoomies!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dolly, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
