My story

Name: Noelle Sex: Female Estimated Age: About 4 years old Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair Mix Weight: About 6 pounds Good With: People, dogs, and other cats and kittens! Story: Noelle is an adorable Domestic Short Hair Mix cat, who came to us from a shelter in North Carolina. We are just not sure how she ended up in there, but we are so happy to have her with us now in a foster home! Noelle is a happy and sweet young cat. She spends her days playing with her foster family and chasing all the fun toys they have. When she’s done it’s nap time or cuddling with her humans! What my foster says: Noelle is spunky and adorable. She quietly owns every room she walks into and every piece of furniture she sits on. Mealtime is BY FAR her favorite time of day. She LOVES all food and treats. She also enjoys playing with lots of different toys -- batting and bunny-kicking mice and other soft toys, spinning a wooden ball around a track, chasing a butterfly and a bird on a wand, and using scratchers -- as well as playing tag and chase with the resident cat and taking exquisite flying leaps onto furniture. She also excels at naptime (after a good meal and some playtime) and loves head rubs--purring loudly--especially when she's drowsy. The fee to adopt Noelle is $200 ($325 for two kittens). This covers the cost of vaccines appropriate for her age, her spay, the collar she’s wearing, her transport to DC and her care in her foster home.
