Darling

My story

Darling is ready for her forever home! She came to us at New Year’s- skinny, Heartworm positive, and with three little puppies at her side. Now her puppies have all been adopted, she has gained her weight and shiny coat back, and she has finished heartworm treatment! And she fully earned her name because she is the biggest sweetheart! She is full grown and weighs 48 pounds. Darling’s age is a little bit of a guess but she is somewhere in between two and four years old. As far as her breed, we see some Labrador and Staffordshire terrier and a few were breeds in there too! Darling loves other dogs and kids, but she is not so great with small animals like guinea pigs and rabbits, cats, or farm animals. She is house trained and crate trained. She is an “in your pocket” kind of girl and loves to be involved with whatever you’re doing. She is super curious and sweet. Darling is very food motivated and has been very easy to train. She is happy go lucky and would love having a family of her own.
