My story

*Scrippy is temporarily living in a foster home until she finds her family. If you would like to meet Scrippy, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our Adoptions Specialists, so we can ensure they are here to meet you when you arrive. Please click “Adopt Scrippy” to complete an interest survey and one of our Adoptions Specialists will connect with you to set up an appointment!* Introducing Scrippy, an incredibly affectionate four-year-old female. She will happily follow you around, especially if you invite her with a little name call and gesture. Scrippy loves to cuddle up near you and enjoys her fair share of Delectables Kitty Treats. She is also tolerant of other cats but prefers those of a similar mellow nature. Scrippy is diabetic, which means she will need insulin for the rest of her life (which she accepts like a champ!). During the adoption process we will ensure you have the knowledge, skills, and assistance with medications to properly care for her. Her treatment consists of a twice-daily insulin shot as well as a special food. At the time of adoption, Scrippy will go home with an initial supply of her medication and food to get you started! With her calm and sweet demeanor, Scrippy would love to find a home where she can spend her days following in your footsteps or lounging with you on the couch. This happy kitty especially lights up when you give her a nice brushing.
