CHI RESCUE UPDATE!! ✨ This sweet girl is Jill. She is a 6-8 year old chiweenie. She weighs 14 lbs but is a chunk and needs to lose a few. She’s timid but doing well in her foster home. She’s better in the home than on a leash in public right now. She was in better shape than most that came from this situation. We do believe Jill will need an older more patient home. She is fine with other dogs and doing well in the house. She is now utd, hw tested and spayed. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $125 is due at pick up. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you!
